I’ve brought my new GRLS 13 Year Love & Legacy design to the fabulous Port Authority Fleece vest. It’s simply perfect for springtime! This stylish vest is made of 100% polyester and made in the USA. It features a twill-taped neck, front zippered pockets, open hem with drawcord and toggles for adjustability.
